Supplement or replace your current real estate income. We offer an outstanding income opportunity. A little background about myself first: In the early '80s, I successfully operated and sold a three office franchised real estate company in the northern Indiana market with 37 agents. We were #2 in the market before we sold the company to a larger firm in the same franchise system. Since that time, I've invested in 5 manufacturing and service organizations that are currently operating profitably. We started a company two years ago in Central Florida that services homeowners associations, churches and other non-profits and small, medium and large corporations. We have two functions: 1) We set up fundraising drives to benefit their non-profit organization or the charity of our for-profit client's choice. We raise money for our client's charities without monetary donations. 2) We also assist them in their recycling collection efforts. We have a compensation program that is very similar to the real estate program. The difference is that we pay bi-monthly. We have three aggressive compensation programs: 1) 10% of gross company income. 2) We pay per-the-pound for collected items and 3) Residual income opportunities from previous contacts. You will be dealing with Association Managers, Executive Directors of non-profits and the Sales Managers of for-profit companies. We provide leads, business cards, brochures, advertising, cloud based contact management program and all the tools and management support to make you successful.
