Detailed activities include:
Bring Your Energy and Total Commitment to the team
All staff members are expected to engage with the program on a personal level, participate in our programs, and be an active member of team strategy discussions.
Sales: Convert leads to sales through calls and in person.
Strategic Marketing: Develop marketing material and execute targeted campaigns
Desired Skills & Attributes:
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and territory development or marketing.
Education sales experience is a big plus
Excellent communication, strong relationship building skills, and demonstrated follow-up ability
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and entrepreneurial with minimal support
Experience with and commitment to youth leadership and international development
Experience in and comfort with multiple types of databases and technologies; tech savvy
