MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICERS

We are seeking Mortgage Loan Officers who are committed to being the very best. These individuals will have a proven track record of success and will be able to come on board and make an immediate impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

Our Loan Officers are dedicated to providing a pleasurable experience to each and every one of our home loan customers. You will work with customers by providing loan solutions, advice, and negotiate the terms and conditions of loans with applicants. You will be responsible for converting leads into funded loans. You are expected to maintain knowledge of products, program guidelines and requirements and understand the application of guidelines required by underwriting. Your income is only limited by you!

Requirements

? Successful candidates will have a proven track record to close sales and meet quotas!

? 1+ years sales experience in the mortgage industry originating residential loans is preferred

? Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business partners

? Ability to Build customer relationships and trust over the phone

? Experience developing business through networking

? Excellent verbal and written skills

? Excellent time management and computer skills

? Excellent organizational and presentation skills

? Self reliant, energetic and dedicated a must

? Work from home
